She is a Preteen, not yet a Teen but extremly cloes.
When Megan Williams was in the same age as Water Lily her mother Margaret Williams aka Purple Frizz found out that she couldn’t have anymore kids & decided to put her little Megan back into diapers 24/7 & make her go trhough a hard diaper tarining program, like potty traning but in reverse. This was so effective that when Megan was in Lily Pad’s age, she needed to wear diapers just as much as she did when she was a newborn. At this point in her life, she doesn’t even remember a life without wearing diapers anymore, thanks to her being potty trained for only 1½ year at that point.
