There are about as many fetish as there are colors in the spectrum. If I had to guess, this specific one could have similarities to unbirthing, or a desire to be back inside another being.
 
My reasons for being interested in this fetish is more BDSM related personally, being a switch sometimes it’s a form of submission, where their form surronds you and you are at their mercy if they protect you from digestion or not, other times it’s a form of domnation, where your added mass weighs the pred down & causes them to struggle, making their daily life a chore.
