I think it’s more than alicorns are a god-like race (life elves), but lets stay to the image itself and leave the headcanons at the forums.
Is there really a true meaning or concept of immortality?… Jesus! Well, Gods are immortal and they can never die and I think Celestia as somewhat as a goddess. It’s just my opinion and my perspective on Celestia.
Immortal just mean you don’t die of natural causes. Invincibility is being immune to harm.
Well immortal, in my opinion, is being unable to die so… Also if you live forever that just means you have eternal life, right? Plus it says there in the tags.
