Honestly the models are completely fine to me… Sfm has more limits and you cant do as much whereas with blender the models have better flexes, and more natural movement. Sfm may be easier to work with but it produces lower quality animations due to the flex limits of the models(the models twist and warp in ways that look shit) what i suggest is you improve your skill in blender to avoid any possible uncanny valley(which i did not experience) because sfm cant do even a tenth of what blender can do… Listen to what the majority says here

I was just joking a bit, since if it is not a problem in SFM then the solution would be to start using SFM.
 
But he made a good point, it is a lot of extra work to do once you go outside SFM. Things that you could get away with in SFM will not be ok outside SFM.
 
So logically I should move to SFM unless I am prepared to do 500% more work to make sure uncanny valley does not flare up.
 
However I will do my best to try and avoid uncanny valley in the future.

for the love of god keep using blender… the tiers of animation in 3d are G-mod, sfm, and highest is blender, you work with the highest tier of modeling and animation second only to actual studio animation
