That’s what I keep telling this guy. Selfcest is romantic love between two versions of the same character. If that’s really going on between Nyx and Nox, it’s not evident enough here to warrant the tag.
But if the uploader insists on keeping it, might I suggest replacing the “safe” tag with “suggestive”?
