Why not? They use it on each other? But they get upset when you use it. I was once such good friends with a black guy,he called me an N. We all laughed so hard. He was being funny but in a good way. Btw most of the people laughing were black.
 
I think black people are kind of a paradox when it comes to this sort of thing.

1st: A word is a collection of sounds created by the vibration of a human throat, any meaning assigned to said noises are subjective, thus I see no reason why you couldn’t make these particular noises and if someone gets offended, it’s their fault.
 
2nd: All members of the species “Homo Sapien Sapien” are nearly genetically identical, any mutations in any two members of the species are so minor that said two members are capable of successful reproduction, assuming that the two humans are of opposite genders and are both fertile, thus these two creatures are part of the same race, to divide the species into two groups based on minor mutations is at best futile… I see no reason to restrict the saying of words to a particular sub-group of human beings.
