Hm, I see what you mean.  
At first, I want to say thank you for your feedback about my artstyle and about your thoughts and about that all. Because in my opinion every opinion is matter. And I respect people like you who says direcrly and consturcitve to the artists what they don’t like and what can be better, because critics always makes perfect for the artist in my opinion. And my sence of improving my artstyle it’s not to satisfy everyone, because how you said me and other just can’t do that and that just impossible. My sense for that is to just try to make it perfect just in my way and thats all.
 
Well, I think I know what you might be don’t like in my new artstyle.  
So, Two years ago when I only started drawing seriously I have my own ideas about proportions and shading. At first, it was all about like the improvment version of MLP:FiM show anatomy, at example here 1314968 . At example head and body proportions was taken from the show with little my own changes. Linework was pretty flat and all elemens of art also was similar to MLP show.
 
But time passed, and I started to learn a lot of anatomical correct scientistic stuff about horses and pony anatomy. Also I have a lot of influnce from critics, which sometimes totaly destroyes my art with constructive critic, like flat hair, problem with anatomy etc.
 
And for now, my idea is to create semi-realistic artsyle, which is also has the cartoon tone in same time. With more realistic shading and more slim linework, where we have at example: light reflection from other objectives, more work with the shading of materials and etc. Also, in comparing with 1804589 and 1314968 in the new one head have proportions that more close to the horse anatomy, then at the MLP:FiM anatomy.
 
And that’s what I think. I don’t like to disspaointing people in something but ah…. seems like it part of process. So, our tastes don’t go together well and that’s … definitely okay and that what makes us human. And I wish to you find the artist that will satisfy you fully with your tastes, I know that you will find one.
 
Also I don’t like anime style.

Using your collection as reference, I preferred the style you had on page 4. Page 3 is still good, but 2 is where it started feeling … meh.
 
As to why :  
Your old style was very show-accurate, just with sexiness cranked to 11.  
The new style feel more … dunno, I’m tempted to say “anime”, but that’s probably because some hentai artists use the same type of shading/coloring. I think it’s more the change in proportion that feel weird - like between 1804589 and 1314968, since they are easy to compare. The body changes are okay, but the “new” head is bothering me - especially since the new eyes’ lightning really accentuate it.
 
Not sure if this is actually useful since I can’t really pinpoint what I don’t like. Your old style was nearly perfect for my tastes, so I guess any deviation would be a downgrade from my PoV.
 
Watching the upvotes you get, I seem to be in the minority about all of this tho. So dunno, don’t give it too much importance - once again : can’t please everyone and I have seen too many artists go crazy trying to satisfy all their critics at the same time. Focus on what you and the majority of your audience like.

Sad to hear that. Hm, could you say please what exactly you don’t like in my new artstyle? Its importent to me and maybe I can make something better in future with that.

I wasn’t a big fan of your new artstyle, and it’s getting worse.  
Oh well, I guess you can’t please everyone.
