What was that quote Lauren Faust said? Something like “It’s okay to have a crush on a fictional character as long as you realize they can never leave the paper.” Cloppers realize that these characters are not real, that these ponies are simply sketches on paper created with the specific intention of being characters in a cartoon show. That is why they are perfectly okay with clopping to them, it’s not like their “feelings” will be hurt. The reason most bronies give Jin shit is because they either lack these fantasies or have the common sense to keep it to themselves. It’s a thing we like to call dignity.  
I know it’s been a while since anyone talked about it, but I feel that this point hasn’t been addressed yet in the comments section.
 
P.S. There is also the irony of Jin posting pictures of him rutting a Twilight plushie. As if people would rather that rather than animated porn.

I was ready to forget this ever happened, until people started commenting. A plushie is not a wife, but i guess that’s just the weird part of the fandom.

This guy is happy.. Isn’t that what we all want? To be happy? So why mess with him, I would actually like to get to know him, heck recently I’ve been having mixed feelings about a pony. Like love feelings, yeah I make lusty comments but that’s what it is. Lust, I know this sounds weird but.. I haven’t even done that to pictures of her, and in all my life I think this has only happened, one other time, if at all. My point is as long as we’re happy why mess with us? The characters are real to us, and we feel a bond that no one can ever possibly have with us.
