browsing my favorites should already let you know that I have a thing for this. I still don’t do the whole drawing thing very often, knowing I’m not one bit good at it, so I made this for myself more than a general audience. I’m only uploading this in hopes that at least someone gets a kick out of this. If you can’t bear the sight of this, go right ahead and slam your genitalia on the hide button without looking if that’s what it takes.

read the description. i make these for myself, and these are good enough in my book
Yet i can’t recommend sketch.io for that, if you are looking for a free paint tool i strongly recommend Gimp or Firealpaca. They also have the whole pencil smoothing and are superior to sketch.io in many other ways, in your case the most useful tool would be the simple magic wand selection thingy or even just normal layers, you can easily use the wand thing tho select the whole diaper with one or two clicks and then you automatically paint inside the selected area, so you can apply colors without having to worry that you draw over your lines.
i’d come up with some random excuse, but i’m gonna be honest, it’s just because I don’t know how to use a paintbrush in sketch.io
