That’s acutally a class 28 with a extended pony truck (2-6-0)
James: huh? (Gasp) I’m blue oh nobody thinks blue is splendid!
I looked at both train characters, Edward’s cab is a different shape to James’ cab, Edward’s whistle is placed between the windows instead of top the cap, also James is the one with a brass dome, so the engine here is based on James and not Edward, but I can see why you thought it was Edward because this train is blue like him, i guess the artist wanted to make the train a different color.
