Right,  
I always thought “Mane seven” was used for mane 6 + starlight  
Typed it on Google and it seems it’s not very clear really, sometimes it’s spike, sometimes starlight, sometimes sunset shimer haha!
 
But based on Derpibooru’s tag, Mane seven is indeed including Spike so yeah

Came as a result of tagging ‘mane seven’, which implies the six ponies and Spike. Not sure if Starlight has her own tag with the six, but mane seven is only for when Spike is involved.
