I see. Thanks. For me it really looked like Rainbow had a Double Chin
Mmm, true, true, all true.
We don’t know PRECISELY know if ponies, specifically pegasi, in this case, are more comparable to birds, to humans or to actual real-life horses in behavior, instinct, culture or lifestyle, so we can only put together something with the small pieces we get.
Edited
I have the feeling early humans were probably a lot more attentive and used their brains a lot more to notice their kid wandering off more, and a lot more willing to more harshly punish their children for wandering off, really teaching them not to quickly, though sometimes going out and hunting for their kid might have been necessary, and a lot easier for an experienced hunter.
And of course, all the way up to industrialization, it was a lot more normal to lose children before they grew up. Before industrialization, like half of babies born wouldn’t survive to adulthood. Nowadays the loss of a single child is tragic and unusual, which of course, is an amazing and wonderful thing of the modern era.
Soooo basically the same but more extreme for pegasi? I dunno. I mean, I guess the foal can fly, but so can the parents, so theoretically perhaps the parents’ ability to fly makes up the difference? Or maybe pegasi foals have a better sense of “don’t run away from parents”, so they may zip around a bit but wouldn’t go as far?
I dunno. It’s a weird thing, since IRL birds don’t fly until they’re ready to leave the nest. At least from how I understand it.
No, that’s her with orthodontia (braces).
Pfffffft, I dunno, I come up with this stuff of the spot.
Same way humans or any other animals thrive, I guess? You learn what’s needed to survive and pass that information to your decendants. Maybe in a less sophisticated time they kept their foals completely tied down when outside, or something.
Then how did they ever survive in nature?
I love that idea. I honestly can’t stop thinking about it!
Same goes for Dash’s little…child leash in that other photo.
…Minus the mushy peas.

I predict Starlight having a winged foal (either pegasi/alicorn/kirin)

Where was teen Rainbow?
If you look at it closely that is her mom.
One of the pictures show her with different hair
Uh, no?
Why would you think that?
Fluttershy seemed to have the teen proportions when the rest of the Mane Six had filly proportions.
Where ? I dont remember if they showed teenaged Fluttershy.I think by teen Applejack ,you mean when she was in the episode where she lied to Granny Smith
