Why is it that the solution to these things always involves “let’s get in a fight which ends in one side dying” instead of “let’s go talk with the perfectly reasonable group and explain rationally why what they’re doing is a bad idea”?
 
I think I would have enjoyed the “Taken” movie series more if the lead character followed your idea.

There’s also something funny I noticed: A large number of images of both Padlock and Vibrant Vision, the two OCs who are religious leaders in this story, are rule 34.
 
If this whole Celestia Church vs. Cult of Rock conflict isn’t solved by them making out, I’ll be severally disappointed.

They distract the Princesses with books, cakes and the like and then take them out and replace them. (To Where and Back Again.) It can be done!
 
My Head-cannon on that is that they rendered each Princesses magic useless with their special rocks, and then overwhelmed them with sheer numbers.

Don’t worry ladies, Alicorn princesses can be stopped quiet easily. All you need to do is hire a few non-magical Equestrian citizens.
 
Considering that at least two of the Alicorn princess wouldn’t want to hurt other ponies, throwing bodies at them isn’t such a bad plan.
