I’ve always had a headcanon Filthy Rich, Spoiled Rich and the Mayor don’t like each other very much. Filthy’s a bit of a strutting playboy (hey, Di had to get her vanity from somewhere) and Spoiled is just a pain in the ass. The Mayor doesn’t care for Filthy, but she absolutely despises Spoiled.
