Well, sense he was kinda rude to Twi’ throughout that ep’, and even convinced her to use magic, which backfired on her, (he’s no saint either) so he might’ve kinda deserved that prank, and it was implied they saved him, gave him warm blankets, and hot cocoa. So he wasn’t hurt in the end.
 
Twi’ & Spike seem to have more of a brother/sister relationship.

I didn’t make the mane six out to be bad. I was just talking about times,like when he was left out on occasions quite a few times. Also there was that one time where he was left on a floating piece of ice and he was left there and everyone just laughed.

I don’t think Spike has it that bad, and the Mane 6 are usually very very nice to him. If he didn’t like living with Twi’, he would’ve left long ago.

Believe it or not, there are times when I thought of ideas of putting my favorite characters in hairy situations. Like for instance, Fluttershy meets Grumpy Cat. She tries putting the stare on her because she wants nothing to do with Fluttershy. But this is Grumpy Cat we are talking about, Grumpy cat returns the stare on Fluttershy, and then Fluttershy becomes scared by the cat. I will be honest, when I first gave MLP FIM a try, I didn’t think I would like Spike. Only because when I watched a few episodes of G1, that Spike was incredibly annoying. I’m sorry if you grew up watching G1. But G4 Spike made me eat my words, now this Spike is incredibly likable. I always pity him when the mane six are completely blind of mistreating him at times. I wish like with all the Fanfics, Spike tells them off, runs away and the others will finally realize what they have done. I try to think that FIM isn’t based off a toy line, but based on an original idea by Lauren Faust herself. It is truly her own creativity.

I don’t get that either… I actually got into an argument with a guy here who hated Andy for “abusing Spike,” but when people think somebody who works on the show/comics hates their beloved fav’ character, you can’t convince them otherwise, no matter what.
 
Ironically, Andy’s favorite characters are Applejack, Luna, and Chrysalis, but he tends to make them the butt of jokes in his sketches alot more then Spike. I even make fun of characters I like in my pics, so I understand that. Apparently many who don’t draw, don’t understand that kinda humor.

I like Spike as the director, too bad he isn’t wearing the glasses on top of his head. Some bronies really assume Andy hates Spike? Come on, Andy practically always puts him in his drawings with the main six.

Say what you want about the comics, but the covers still rule.

It breaks all the laws of time and space. I love it.

For example, on the “Enforced Method Acting” page on TV Tropes, Mami’s VA was quite stunned after recording episode 3. Reportedly, she said “did… did I just DIE?!” and was mostly confused because she still had lines to record after that episode.
