This is more of an enthusiastic belly rub, IMHO. Feathers were used both times that tickling was shown in FiM. With hooves, it must be like trying to tickle someone with a cantaloupe.

Silver would not be able to see well and I would not like my chances for survival if I suggested to DT that she removes her tiara.
