She hasn’t really been around long enough for us to tell. The show will likely keep her associated with Twilight, though. But this is a step in the right direction if we’re going to have her as a new character. Sunset managed to do it in just one movie but…
It was an ok episode, but I couldn’t help but that something was missing.
Today’s episode was “meh” at best, and really kind of shows her weaknesses as a 7th imo. She really only seems to work with either twilight or someone related to twilight; nopony else :/
She’s part of the main cast is what she’s doing there. And she brought her new friend too.

Oh, S6 was confirmed ages ago. Like, not even before the S5 hiatus.
Just like how S5 itself was confirmed around the time “Castle Mane-ia” aired, if not sooner.

I think it was Ponyville Confidential but it was more like cameo appearance. There’s also multiple Trixies in Return Of Harmony
