I don’t have anything against Sonic, but I do have a problem with “sonicified” ponies, and that’ their tendency to wind up looking really weird. Twilight and Rarity in particular this time around; I don’t know if it’s the angle or the placement, but their horns don’t look like they were put on quite right.

I don’t really see what’s wrong with this. It’s not shipping and was done with a program other than MSpaint

Yes, ‘cause we bronies sure aren’t a fanbase known for making evil O.C.s, fan-characters, or recolors like that evil Sonic fanbase, eh? :P  
We are soooo much better then they are, and without any sin whatsoever.
 
Also, technically, these aren’t O.C.s, but Sonic-style MLP characters. If you’re going to whine/troll Sonic pics, at least do it properly.

Really? Crazy, really that a mere video game series attracts more drama. I’ve taken heat for defending said Sonic series, and Sonic fans on this site before…
 
Seriously, bronies are really in no place to “shame” people for liking a video game series, and it doesn’t make our fanbase look “better” then the Sonic fans’, it makes us look worse. (There are sites demonizing Derpibooru over the so-called “Sonic drama” too.)  
Ironically, the “Sonic discussion” thread in the Derpibooru forums are practically drama-free (unlike some other discussions) so the Sonic fans on this site seem better behaved then the “Sonic-haters.” (Seriously, it’s getting hard to find some with a more “neutral” view on the Sonic series.)

Ranting/kidding around aside, honestly I kinda like this pic, and the artist isn’t bad. My only critique is, they aren’t very creative with their Sonic-fied redesigns of the Mane 6, and seems to make them into a generic hedgehog/cat species, rather then anthro’ ponies. But if that’s how they prefer to draw them, that’s their choice.

I always found it funny that people here are more willing to defend fascism than a video game series.

Enough of this Sonic OC nonsense, the internet can only take so much…
