I had an idea for a pony OC where he was an Earth pony who did magic tricks, and he was considered a prodigy because of his skill in practical illusion; magic is all over the place, so proper illusion is fairly rare.
And Spike did an incredible job on the fur paint.
Its just as well. Rarity’s costume would have scared Fluttershy pretty badly if she saw it.
