You almost certainly are playing version 1.1, as that’s what’s sold in the shops these days. Version 1.0 was nearly unplayable.
 
It’s mostly quests breaking. It was really easy to lock yourself out of quests in Fallout 2, and I remember having plenty of apocalyptic rage fits as the game locked up for the three hundredth time during a fight because the AI couldn’t decide what it wanted the bad guys to do (New Reno seemed to be particularly prone to it). And Gecko was nearly impossible for me, because random Ghouls would inexplicably turn hostile. It also crashed more than Fallout NV.
 
I’m British as well, so I got the ‘no children’ version, which completely broke a large chunk of the game.

Fun fact, it was the first game I EVER patched. Fax Modem and everything.

I have no idea. I haven’t read it myself I just like the design of the oc Dragonfire o.o;

Does this seem accurate to anyone else? AFAIK only Sassy Lost, Perfect Freeze and Puppysmiles (and indirectly Littlepip) have confirmed ages…

So apparently the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. cap in Fallout 76 is 15, not 10, and you can get up to either 56 or 57 points. How will that affect existing characters?

Endurance: 3 -> 4

I usually don’t think about character’s S.P.E.C.I.A.L. as I would think about who they are rather than a number system.

The name Sassy Lost bugs me, because I’m certain it’s OP-Man inspired and “sassy lost child” isn’t even an actual English expression, just a quote.

TBH I don’t even remember how or why I settled on naming her that. Maybe it was just because the name wasn’t already taken…

Anyone have any ideas what some of the characters would sound like?
 
Like, would Scotch Tape sound like G3 Scootaloo?
 
Sassy Lost will have an Australian accent, I’ve decided (As will her parents)

I’ve always considered Puppysmiles to be voiced by Ariel Winter.
 
Littlepip by Jesse Nowack. I’m surprised how much I liked her performance, mostly because I only knew her as Vinyl Scratch. Since then her role as Seras Victoria has proven she can definitely act.

Yeah, but is not difficult to guess.  
Blackjack describes herself as a not-very-smart pony, and it shows when she fails to hack computers or do stupid decisions. In fact, is not hard to think all of her companions represent what she lacks in her S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and skills, like explosives, big guns, survival, medicine and science.
 
I think I remember one post about Somber claiming that Blackjack had 100 in Small Guns before escaping the vault, “because she was a security guard”.

Also, which of those teammates represents each of those skills? I think Morning Glory is the latter two…

We all know that obviously P-21 is the “bomb guy”, big guns would be Lacunae, repair would be Scotch Tape, science and medicine would be Morning Glory. Dunno who would be Survival, which is about how to live in the wasteland, what to eat and what to avoid.

Reading up on horse blood types has made me wonder if Puppysmiles is a QT type…
