Well yeah unless you’re force to sacrifice that minion who’s affected by this spell card (polymorph etc.) or you can just roll with it, since one spell card doesn’t guarantee victory for that person who plays it.
Impyling you’ll get more than one tick of this card…

Cause it’s a one time unless you have brann bronzebeard out in the field.
If so, then I can see this card being fair, as others pointed out, for 2 mana you can get a +2/+2 buff and a minion on the field. The card is fair but extremely niche. It’s right up there with Demonfuse in how much it would see play.
Good job on making a card that could be realistically added.
