As for the new show, it could be theoretically pretty good if done right (MLP was, after all). I’ll wait until more information is available, what we have now is barely more than rumor.

Bah, messed up while posting that. Also meant to say that the timing was suspiciously close to when the picture surfaced. That’s why people seem to think it’s “official.” Personally, I think its just early concept work at most, though I hesitate to even say that much.
It’s because of that half-sentence underneath the picture. It was scanned directly out of an industry magazine from a convention that was held last week, and someone posted a video of themselves flipping to the page it was in for proof.
Of course, it could certainly be just a very well executed fake, but it at least holds a lot more credibility than the “concept art.”
We’ve got nothing else to represent the concept.
Because somebody on the Internet said it’s official, so it must be true!
