Description: A far greater development on the earlier airships, the logic of the Cloudship or the Raptor was to move naval capability to the sky. While there is no balloon large enough or engine strong enough to lift an entire warship skyward there are clouds and the Pegasi have long been working with clouds. As a partnership between ministries and heavy industry in Equestria the Raptor takes to the air to provide heavy fire support and to further engage in the aerial arms race with the zebra. This time, unlike its predecessor and simpler airship the raptor boosts a far larger aerial contingent and a far greater aerial support apparatus for independent air-borne units. However, it’s size makes it difficult to miss with anti-air.
