In Age of Equestria: The Return Of Tambelon, Grogar destroys the Tree of Harmony to prevent the Elements from ringing the Bell of Freedom. Little does he realize that the Tree of Harmony has chosen four ponies to bear new Elements: Humility, Forgiveness, Empathy, Light and Courage.

And he got his own throne and was by Twilight’s side(most of the time).
