most serious injury I had was when I cracked my skull open, well not wide open more like a small hole. reason when I was a kid around lets say 6 or 7 I was at my older sisters house and my other sister was idk baby sitting me or something doesn’t mater, me and my sister where dancing to a song that was playing at the end of an ep of “all that” and I don’t remember all the details but one min I was dancing the next I was sliding across the floor and hit my head on the edge of a hard wood chair. i blacked out but when i came to i noticed there was blood coming from my head i didn’t go the hospital i know that much(not really sure why) but my sister used idk a cold cloth or something to stop the bleeding.

Or you could be like me when I was a kid and have extreme paranoia fill your mind, avoiding everything even the least bit dangerous… I’ve never once suffered an injury worse than a small second-degree burn and a scrape on the knee.
