Nope. It’s our so far unnamed POV character, having a little existential crisis as he awoke as a talking little pony in his bed this day.

The author goes to great lenghts to describe the repercussions of this transformation, both physical and psychological. If you’re into detailed character studies and more subtle personal horror, give it a try.
