Princess/VP Luna there is still voiced by Takako Honda as of Luna Eclipsed, since S1 after-nightmare Luna was done by Yumi Uchiyama in episode Friendship Is Magic pt 2.
Fluttershy is still voiced by Emiri Katō.

Are you sure they got everybody back? I thought their Luna and Fluttershy sounded a bit different in their EG dubs than they did to their FiM counterparts.
Well, as far as the show airing on TV, yes (though there are rumors that they might be working on season three and beyond), but Equestria Girls and Rainbow Rocks were dubbed under commission from Netflix, it seems (they were able to get everyone back that had a part, no matter how small, in the first two seasons, so that’s good)
