• Being terrified of going out into the dark.

And so forth. She just worked past the fear because there was something more important to worry about. Here? Not so much.

I don’t really see how it ignores it since it’s plainly obvious that she’s so nervous because it’s Nightmare Night and she’s on edge already.  
Yes, it is like Pinkie’s scene in Filli Vanilli, but this scene was done better because it was Granny Smith who tends to be forgetful about certain things, like Fluttershy’s fear.  
The Flutterbat costume was set up  
Of course she apologized for scaring them. She didn’t like doing that and I honestly would do the exact same thing because I hate scaring people.  
Fluttershy gets hit by Rarity’s tail? I thought it was humorous because it was done comically, something that can happen to anyone of any gender. Just because it happens to Fluttershy, doesn’t make it bad.
