It rock if this Rainbow fought General Grievous. A David vs Goliath scenario.

It rock if a Jeydi Rainbow uses two curve hylt lightsabres which fuse to a double-blade one; simylar to Asajj Ventress, only a form of blue. And it rock if the Jeydi Rainbow can use Emerald Lightning, a light counterpart to the Sith Lightning done by justice (famous thanks to Plo Koon and Luke Skywalker).

They seem magenta. And yes, the sabre-staff fits her. And splitting up. Yes. It rock if a Jedi version of Rainbow owned two curve hilt lightsabres which form to a sabre-staff, symylar to Assaj Ventress’s only with blue blades.

I never said it was forbidden. I merely said it was strongly discouraged based on the sources I have- “ The Jedi Path” and “Jedi vs Sith”, both of which agree with the statement that at least in terms of the Council, the “ official” Jedi stance was that there was no real necessity for two blades since, you’re right, it took longer to master, didn’t offer any real additional benefits, and was much more aggressive in function. They weren’t going to flat-out say no, but it was still popularly considered more of a Sith weapon.
 
I tend to place emphasis on material from official material and guidebooks over a wikia that, even if modified and monitored for accuracy can be altered by anyone. I still remember a solid WEEK where on the Bleach wiki every link to Rukia’s page brought up one that was blank except for an unflattering statement that site rules prohibit repeating here.
 
That being said, I personally would probably choose the saberstaff or Applejack’s blaster-saber just because of how much more skill it would require. As a martial artist I know that the more skill something takes to learn and use the more control you end up having over it in the end and the less likely you are to hurt someone accidentally with it.

In regards to my earlier statement, some Jedi in the Order did discourage and frown upon the use of a double bladed lightsaber. That being said, however, there was still no such law forbidding its use among members of the Jedi Order. Several Padawans and even Jedi Masters used the weapon out of personal choice and fighting style. As much as it can be used to double your chances of killing your opponent, it can also be used to double your defenses.

Not true. The use of a saberstaff was simply very uncommon because of its complexity and difficulty to master. It doesn’t have any more ability to kill than a standard lightsaber. Most Jedi/Sith would opt against it because unfamiliarity with it would cause them to impale themselves. It’s why they would opt for a single blade or even dual wielding. Using two blades in combat was never discouraged and never forbidden by the Jedi order. It’s why several high ranking Jedi, such as Satele Shan, were seen using double bladed sabers. Hell even Luke Skywalker offered both dual wielding and a saberstaff as options in training new Jedi.
 
How do I know this? I play a lot of Star Wars game and do lots of research on the wiki.

One problem with the sabers of both her and AJ: the Jedi STRONGLY discouraged the use of the saberstaff because the only real reason to add a second blade was to enhance its ability to kill. Applejack’s blaster-saber would probably have the same objections unless it’s strictly a stun-blaster like Ezra’s- it can’t kill.

Personally, I see Rainbow Dash using a blue saberstaff that can split into two at the pommels. But purple also kinda works.
