I didn’t notice, but it looks like you can see the winXP ui. Dude should have at least fullscreened the image, or put a more interesting image up at least (or an animated gif, damn).
Yeah, there’s no damage. I used to set up the software on these things and they’re literally just cheap computers with a gigantic monitor. All this guy did was hook up a few cables - you don’t even need software for the billboard to do this.
