Eh… there’s no frame of reference. Just a really boring image with the ocean and no features. Hell, it looks like the balloon could easily just be sitting on top of the water, since we have no way to tell otherwise. If pressed, I guess the lack of shadow could be a clue, but there are a lot of things you can do to to give the impression that they’re high in the air. Even just a single puffy cloud obviously underneath them.
