No, I commented only on 2 pics. And you know why? I was too hasty to post my comments. So I posted 2 here (cuz I kept thinking about new stuff), and then I had that idea about replacing Sweetie with Scootaloo but I was afraid that commenting third time in a row on the same pic would mark it as spam, so I went to the other linked pic and commented there.
 
I added the bit about boobs there just because my comment didn’t meet my minimum comment length requirements and because someone there could have missed my comments here.
 
I can’t commission stuff cuz war, crisis, poverty, stuff. And I try to be concise and straight to the point with no sugarcoating, not really rude… Doesn’t seem to be working tho XD

It’s more-or-less she wants an alternate version of the concept on each image she comments on, the artist can be anypony, but she doesn’t actually commission these alternative concepts. The impolite remarks and rudeness is simply her talking. XD

Tho yeah, he drew pics where boobs are of a more appropriate size. Never quite small enough or equine-looking but definitely not as extreme as here… Still, I can express my opinion, can’t I?

I know, doesn’t mean that the commissioner couldn’t have requested another ship or artist drew it in free doodle time. The boobs part seems to be ever-present in all his works, so I don’t see where I missed the point =\
