Writing “der” instead of “das” would still be false. Because of “zum” there isn’t any need for further pronouns or articles… BUT even then it’d be false. You can’t use “treu” with “zum” or “zu”, you only need “dem” (jemandem treu sein is used with simple Dative and nothing more).  
So the correct sentence is:  
“Ich bin nur dem Führer treu!”  
(you could also say “Ich bin nur treu dem Führer”, but no one ever actually uses this swapped word sequence.)
