Humans are endurance hunters. If you’re going to challenge ponies to a physical thing, challenge them to an extremely long distance race, and just walk it. Say, 20 miles, I think? That’s about where our natural advantage should kick in, I think.

Or challenge them to flight. If you want to lose really, really badly. Or if you have a rocket and want to win.
