Well, okay, its not like this movie is a complete waste. Theres still gwell, alright things in it. The pod-racing sequence is pretty neat, and the sword fighting is quite good, the music is on the level of the other movies, and I think that Liam Neeson guy carries his performance quite well.
But, what is with that Jar Jar Binks guy, the endless political debates, the unbearable accents, the excessive amount of slapstick, the wasted villain, the forced story, it all feelsit feels wrong! It doesnt feel like more than half of whats in this movie belongs to Star Wars. Gone are the charismatic characters, the likeable protagonist, and the flow. This movie drags on its belly weighed down by too much CGI and and ego the size of the Death Star.
Im not wowed, not at all. I dont even know if I want to watch the next ones.
Do you think That Lucas one day in the 1990s in response to remembering the day Marcia left him got super drunk? That day in his drunkenness, he imagined a weird looking character, and thought it would be great to further develop it. He might have slurred out his name while he was still intoxicated; JAH JAH BAINKS!!
Yeah let someone else be in complete control… oh wait the Holiday Special. Plus Leigh Brackett (other credited writer on ESB) had barley anything to do with the final movie and George Lucas had her credited over him because he felt bad about her death and wanted her to receive some recognition. Most of ESB is Lucas’ writing, Kasdan just rewrote some dialogue. Plus Lucas offered Lawrence Kasdan to write the prequels but Kasdan turned him down (also Kasdan hasn’t done anything good at all since the early 90’s), also Lucas had several script doctors and a co-writer on Attack of the Clones.
And this all happened because of George Lucas making all the choices rather than it being a team group. No-one was willing to stand up to the guy unlike with production for the original trilogy.
Phantom Menace: Average film in its own right, awful if compared even with Return Of The Jedi (didn’t mind Mr. Christensen’s virtual cameo ther, BTW). Jar Jar is to blame in part, but the kid was awful, too, and Terence Stamp was completely wasted when a big ham like him wold have fitted the saga like few actors do.
Attack Of The Clones: Good, if maybe a bit too light-hearted for its serious plot. Pure family entertainment.
Revenge Of The Sith: Vast improvement over the other two. Contains the most memorable scene of all the prequels (thanks to memetic mutation).
Movie Slate your doing it wrong!Everypony knows that the:
In many of the more relaxed civilizations on the Outer Eastern Rim of Equestria the Hitchhikers Guide, has already supplanted the great Encyclopedia Galactica as the standard repository of all knowledge and wisdom, for though it has many omissions and contains much that is apocryphal, or at least wildly inaccurate, it scores over the older, more pedestrian work in two important respects. First, it is slightly cheaper; and second, it has the words “DON’T PANIC” inscribed in large friendly letters on its cover.
You forget to mention how high on weed he was
JAH JAH BAINKS!!
Maybe…

You should use “

The Force is still a mystical, spiritual energy field as it’s always been.
