I always figured Rarity to be a bit too marshmelodrama for the more smartass-serious Ivanova, who I always pegged to be Twilight Sparkle.

Actually, Rainbow Dash is either Sheridan (making things go boom) or Keffer (because I am a very evil man). Rarity, with her love of opulence, occasional lapses in judgement, atonement over those lapses, and dips into dark magic, would be the Londo here.
