I think it’s because of both sides of IDW Drama. And OP didn’t bother to actually list specific episodes and scenes.

Greek Mythology: Just because the creatures didn’t live in Greece doesn’t mean that greek poets and historians didn’t incorporate them into greek literature and culture. The primary sources Wikipedia cites are ancient greek in origin.
 
IDW Reference: Irrelevant. The appearance of two ponysonas/OCs from two prominent comic staff are enough of a reference even if you discount Babs’ cutie mark.
 
“Cheating” As I stated in the thread for the original posting of this card, I felt strongly enough about Tiberius being his own entry that I wasn’t going to count an appearance by him towards the IDW reference space as well. Besides, if a theoretical Discord Backstory episode showed him kissing Celestia, would that be cheating as well? Certain scenes could cover multiple spaces easily.

The bingo ones are all completely confirmable, which is the main thing. But;  
Rarity’s spell shouldn’t count if it was in a dream. Because that means she never actually cast it. Just like Scootaloo never actualy flew.

Horses doing horse things… It’s kinda cheating if you pick something that has been in all 4 seasons already, isn’t it? Same goes to shipteasing.  
As for the greek one, I’m no expert. I hope you did some research into these new creatures first.

He’s already served two terms. He can’t be in office past next election.

I doubt the reference counts. The IDW foreshadowed it but only by 4 months. They likely already had the episode finished so it’s hardly a reference. After all think about it, even Sweetie Belle mentioned that Babs was always messing with her mane which we noticed in the very first episode she appeared.
 
And there was no Greek Mythology. It was Eurasian.

Also, the two missing entries on the two nearly complete lines? Will never happen. If we haven’t seen pegasus parents by now, there’s a high chance (And by high I mean Obama not being president after 2018 high) that we never will.
