There is no way anyone can mistake this one as anything or anyone other than Pinkie. I guess, these are prototypes. And I get the feeling a few of the employees are Bronies themselves.
i dunno, i doubt they are trying to avoid copyright stuff so i guess its a mistake? looks intentional like sorta outlines for horseshoes
