Basically, “Nightmare Moon” in the Mirror-verse was Mirror-Luna turning good and working with Good King Sombra. Of course, just like Nightmare Moon was redeemed and returned to good, Mirror-Luna was…un-redeemed? I don’t know, it’s one of the many things the Reflections Arc doesn’t really explain or even mention.

Well, my personal head-cannon for Alternate Cadence is that originally her Ascension was completely by accident since Celestia & Luna outright hated sharing power back when they were evil, however they made her a Princess simply to keep an eye her and limit her influence should she rebel.
 
Another idea I had was that Alternate Shining Armor is in an abusive relationship with Cadence but is secretly seeing Chrysalis behind her back.

That works too I suppose. My understanding is that, in the mirror world, Celestia and Sombra have swapped roles as well as personalities.
 
Luna is the same personality in both worlds, but as we know she is capable of falling to the dark side.
 
Now that I think about it, we do see that Mirror Chrysalis is supposed to be “Love” so it is likely that Mirror Cadance would have the role and personality of the original Chrysalis, except she wouldn’t have an army of changelings.

Mirror Cadance doesn’t appear in the story, just in the background and on a cover.
 
Mirror Celestia is basically a female King Sombra.
 
Mirror Luna ruled Equestria along side the King (who is essentially a male Celestia) but went evil and joined her sister. The King probably controls the sun/moon, but this is never shown.

Haven’t read the particular issue these 3 barely appear in, but since they are “mirror” versions it’s obvious Nega-dance would be the element of heartbreak, but then that would make Luna the princess of the day and Celestia the princess of the night right?
 
From their cutiemarks I assume that’s not the case. Anypony care to fill a brony in about Celestia and Luna in this comic? (Spoilered obviously)
