Er, well bad, but that should be obvious with how much these images are getting ignored or downvoted. As I said before I think a better job could be done with a different medium, traditional line art and a scanner or or decent tablet with a drawing program would allow for better art.
 
People have made good stuff with things like flipnote but it’s really not intended for high quality art.

Well it’s very low resolution and looks like it was drawn on flipnote so, not very good. Try a medium with better resolution.
 
The other images like this, you kind of have assume the original uploader’s tagging is what the picture is supposed to be because of the low quality.
 
I would also point out that people don’t seem to really like Sonic the Hedgehog around here and it tends to immediately get a large number of downvotes even if the art is reasonably good.
