Except these are 22 minute episodes of a cartoon. If a whole room erupts with laughter at the slightest visual gag, one missed a lot of dialogue. Sometimes important dialogue. Sometimes another much funnier joke.

In the images above, at least the 4chan cap, they say there will be a separate room for /mlp/ folk or other fans who want to make a lot of noise and/or talk back at the episode. The main hall will be kept “safe” for kids and other general audiences watching.
I went to a season 3 premiere viewing party… It was annoying. Everyone kept chitchatting and doing MST3K style rifftrax and laughing way too loud at even the dumbest jokes in the episode… And there was only like 20 people there..
I can only imagine what it would be like with hundreds.
Is it a coincidence that Twilight’s library got destroy and had it replaced with a brand new castle, and the fact that Hub disintegrated and merged into Discovery Family shortly after?
Judging by how cancerous the livestream comment sections usually are, watching a new episode at a convention is probably going to be a massive spaghettistorm.
Not really. The only “commercial” would be the 20 minute one for the Toy Horses. XD
That’s cool they will have a separate section for the rowdy kids.
That’s why I’m hoping they’ll have closed captions or subtitles enabled/turned on.
Indeed.
Episode 7, right?
Don’t worry. I’m sure Gak will return. And I know exactly when it’ll happen.

That’s to be expected; it’s one reason why most comedies are better when seen with a crowd.
Though even the “safe” hall is probably going to be roaring with laughter at the slightest, tiniest amounts of humor.
That sounds like a good idea.

@SeraphimDawn
Most likely.

Probably.
