i know that 90%+ is straight any many lgbt+ ppl do care i say its fair for non straight ppl to view their sexualities and maybe get awareness for few in US white ppl is the majority but whats wrong with catering to minority bit more.

i never said that i stated facts when have i ignored your opinion I countered everyone with proven facts i judt said if we lgbt+ gotta see straightness every day then its fair you should see the reverse at the fraction of what we gotta deal with. um yes it would help its not asbout liking same sex bits why do ppl assume being gay is all about gay sex an all that. LOL yes kids do think about it maybe not every kid but some do complain or wish they had a gay/bi/lesbian/ace,etc romodel. It can help because depending how there written they can relate to them better. Similar thing happened on star trek, lol have you been living under a rock homophobes still active. Remember that disney show lesbian couple 5 y/o girl got DEATH THREATS, bubbleline ccontroversy,korrasami, compliaints, and most recently walking dead gay couple. About WD some ppl thought gore was more child friendly then gay guys kissing thats it nothing more. Trust me theres at least a small handleful of kids who would like more lgbt+ kids and would be very useful to say yes bisexuality/asexuality is real and nothings wrong with you.

Once again, an image gets ruined by the constant arguing in the comments.

Do they really have to be gay for gay people to look up to them? Who gives a shit if they like dick or not, role models give you someone to look up to and try to better yourself, their sexuality and/or sex doesn’t matter.
 
And no, kids don’t think about that. They are not biologically programmed to look for a companion at that age.
 
And unless you’re living in the 50s or in the Middle East no one is gonna go on TV and say homosexuality is bad, don’t try to act like they’re prosecuted, cuz’ let me tell ya something, they aren’t.

thats the point i was trying to make hetrosexuality is so common only straight ppl can be show without backlash kids shouldnt have to think about it but there forced to ex. gay kids being told being gay is wrong an all that. What if they wanted a lgbt+ character to look up to, that be nice now bi girls can say they want to be like korra or asami. You might think they dont and shouldnt but kids do think about this stuff plus iy will teach kids its ok to be lgbt+.
