I believe that driver needed further explanation of the phrase “drive thru”.

This whole story’s problem started with mysterious fires in Fillydelphia that ponies blamed on dragons because dragons breathe fire and apparently there seemed to be no other way to explain them?
 
As I recall, wasn’t the real reason for the fires in the comic some species of fire worms or the like, who never appeared or were referred to before they showed up, and then promptly vanished from the story and the comic?
 
I will say that seemed to be a little clumsy at best.

I dunno. Her problem is with full-grown dragons. The ones in Dragontown are pretty small and manageable by comparison. Not big enough to eat a pony in one bite, at least.

Probably couldn’t have gotten her past the gate entrance of dragontown before freezing up in terror.

Instead of a Luna-Spike teamup (which it really wasn’t) they should’ve made it a Fluttershy-Spike teamup.
 
Imagine all this rhetoric about dragons being stereotyped, and in comes Fluttershy with all her hang-ups about dragons.

Rarity tried to manipulate him, and he likely thought she was trying to rob him. Pinkie annoyed him. Dash attacked him. Can’t remember what/if AJ and Twilight did something.

And also make the anti-dragon sentiment a lot more prominent, to give Spike good reason to suspect that maybe a pony made dragons look bad so that the cops would go down on them.
