I think they just meant that his angry looking avatar makes some people’s first instinct to be to assume that what he’s saying has an angry tone is all.

but “even if they are shit” was directed at the EQG verse characters, because rig hates EQG. it had nothing to do with the uploaded.
I think you missed the part where he said “even if they are shit” which is really the only thing in this instance I have any problem with.
That’s just needless & likely only put there to irritate.

Quotes in this instance implies a condescending or “matter of a fact” tone.
but it wasn’t particularly rude. he just listed them out. that’s like as neutral as you could possibly do it.
I’m not saying he shouldn’t have pointed out mistakes, I’m saying that he shouldn’t be quite as rude as he was.
He really should have more tact.
