atheism is just a belief. and nothing wrong with that. until you start attacking people for either being or not being atheist.
 
course comedians will exagerrate it to some greater extent. like george carlin…..  
sadly however i think at some point george started to believe in his own exagerrations. just like how he once accused people of believing in religion, calling it a con and fictional, he began to believe his exaggerations for the sake of humor were 100% accurate. the satire became his reality.
