I meant, that most of the users will blame me, as I haven’t used Bon-Bon in this pic, instead a pretty unknown (for most of the people here) pony.
With the timing, I meant the show as a whole. First episode, Bon Bon is shown a few seconds before Linky, which (as far as the viewer is concerned) does make Linky a recolour. Alas.
Do you mean on the notable bench scene, that made Lyra so famous? I’m aware, Bon-Bon appears a few seconds earlier, but not on the bench. Instead, it’s our Shoeshine.

I had to check, Bon Bon appears all of 5 seconds before Linky does.
Pretty sure there’s not enough here to qualify.
