it’s from the mid-season finale of the show ‘arrow’
didn’t add the panel with the usual “princess gone blah blah blah yakety smakety…” so i didn’t feel like adding the ‘tirek vs everyone meme’ tag. probably if i do the build up to this scene (only if there are enough votes to warrant such a scene. no sense wasting all that time just for little to no one gets it, i guess)
