I assume you mean that Twilight Medic lineup?  
Well, the Medic is a doctor, so we can assume he can plan for surgeries and solve medical problems. He builds and refines his own tech, so he has a grasp of abstract ideas. He speaks German as well as whatever language he speaks in the player’s game (not sure if they’re all English or if they vary by region). He also has the ability to reason as seen in Expiration Date.
 
So… yes. That describes the Medic perfectly. Better than the Sniper even.

I looked for the meaning of smart, I’m not here to say que have nothing to with the medic, but words que sniper says, efficient, and always have a plan, do not also make he an intelligent ?
 
intelligent:Who has mental capacity to reason, plan, solve problems, and understand abstract ideas and language and learning.
 
I think one can not say that has nothing to do with sniper

No, seriously, I want an answer. I’ve been struggling to figure out what it is people like about Twilight Sniper and the only answer I came up with is because leftovers.
