Just take a look at a color wheel, they match up pretty well.
For those who don’t know, the closer to each other the colors are, the worse the combination is. And the closer to being on opposite sides of the wheel they are, the better.

Oh I don’t know, Blue and Orange is one of the most popular contrasting colour combinations available. Just look at all the movie and game posters that use and abuse it!
Since all the images come from the series “RariJack Daily” it is strongly implied that they’re snapshots from AJ and Rarara’s relationship.
