Not much is known of this hive except that it’s related to the Miasma Hive by way of its queen, Lacera, who was Miasma’s mother. Supposedly they originated somewhere in the Badlands near Appleloosa, but didn’t get noticed until they moved to Manehattan in an attempt to overtake the Miasma Hive’s territory and plentiful resources. In the ensuing battles queen Lacera was killed by her daughter and those of her hive who didn’t surrender were executed on the spot. The few surviving members are now part of the Miasma Hive.
 
Queen Lacera herself was said to be a very hard woman from an older generation of queens in whose comparison the battles between the current hives appear like friendly competition. As her daughter describes it, “she was very ugly, both inside and out”, which says a lot considering who it’s coming from.
